Yes, on March 17, 2002, Maxine Atwood together with her friend Rose Atchley decided to form “The Bodacious Ozark Mountain Babe’s Red Hat society Chapter.” Since that time, there’s been lots of fun, and Maxine, now Queen Bee, has been dubbed “Party Gal with the mostest” and her friend Rose is now Vice Queen.
